THE PROBLEM
Dating back to July 2023, Melton South Cricket Club, based in the outer western suburbs of Melbourne, were getting frustrated as they had been supported financially by people on the committee for years.
Very few sponsors were from the wider community and the President and key committee members had enough of relying on the same people, so instantly the ability of The Sponsorship Team to reach businesses at scale in the wider community was very attractive.

THE SOLUTION
The committee approved initial investment in the Sponsorship Sprint Connect and Pro package.
Our strategy team went to work building a narrative that ran through the outreach campaign, the new sponsorship sales brochure that we created, and the sales conversations had between the Club representatives and the Hot Leads.
We also developed a lead generation strategy with the Club and went about building connecting with over 1,000 local businesses, producing 32 leads.
Such has been the success and delighted with the ability to connect with the wider business community, in May 2025 the committee approved for the third time in 3 years their investment in the Sponsorship Sprint.
Yielding nearly 100 Hot Leads during their time, Melton South CC ROI will continue building significantly over the coming years.
